This home was custom built in 2006 in the Upper Mission of Kelowna, BC. We call the design of this home transitional, as it bridges contemporary post and beam with the timeless hand touches of a craftsman, lending a modern twist to traditional elegance.

The stated goal in building this home was to create a unique structure that helped push the price point higher in the neighbourhood. Both goals were met and exceeded, and the residence stands today as one of our finest works.

The home is a 4600 sq. ft. rancher featuring a walk-out basement and 18-foot vaulted ceilings. Though it appears high-budget, the actual budget was quite modest, and it was easily met by our team.

Exquisite lighting design, a smart layout, and having all placements designed around furniture concepts gives this residence a uniquely welcoming feel. The layout allowed the living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom and media room to all capture their own piece of the home’s magnificent view.

For the finishing touches, Lyptus cabinetry, bamboo and cork flooring, a granite kitchen, and concrete countertops in all washrooms elevated the design of this home to exceptional.
